Assistant to CPAs and Tax Accountant

Overview
We are an international tax and accounting firm located in Kitahama, Osaka, serving a diverse portfolio of European corporate clients and overseas individual clients.
This position is ideal for candidates who are interested in international business and cross-border taxation. You will have the opportunity to work in a global environment and utilize your English and French skills on a daily basis.
Our team includes 2 Certified Public Accountants (CPAs), 1 Licensed Tax Accountant, and 1 US CPA.
Job Description

Assist with data entry using accounting software (MJS) and support monthly and annual closing

Assist in the preparation of corporate tax and consumption tax returns

Handle payroll processing and year-end tax adjustments
Qualifications
-
Experience working at an accounting firm

Working knowledge of Japanese accounting standards and practices

Fluency in Japanese for professional communication (written and spoken)
Compensation & Benefits

Monthly salary: ¥320,000 – ¥450,000

Annual salary: ¥4.5 million – ¥6.5 million

Bonus: Twice a year
